With over 20 years of experience in corporate sales and training and an enthusiasm for teaching meditation, Robin has a unique style of presenting the scientific benefits of meditation and demystifying techniques to create a sustained practice.
In 2013 she deepened her understanding of mindfulness and meditation while completing her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Heartwood Retreat Center in Bradenton, Fl.
At this time her father was experiencing advanced stages of several forms of dementia. This awakened a voracious appetite for knowledge of the mind and its ability to heal and change through meditation.
In 2016, Robin completed her Meditation Teacher Training at ISHTA Yoga in NYC. She has also studied Mindful Based Stress Reduction at The Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Healthcare, and Society. She is currently studying Neurobiology and Behavior at the University of Chicago and now brings this education to various speaking engagements, businesses and non-profits.
